Users Management

Peak provides a powerful user management interface for administrators to manage users efficiently.

Accessing Users

To manage users, navigate to:

Admin → Users → All Users

From this page, administrators can view, edit, or delete users.

Impersonate User

Admins with the impersonate-users permission can impersonate users for troubleshooting and support.

  • To impersonate a user:
    1. Click on the edit icon beside the user.
    2. On the edit page, click the Impersonate button.

You will be redirected to the impersonated user's dashboard.

Refer to the User Impersonation Documentation for full details.

Admins can send a magic login link to the user for one-click access without entering a password.

Update User Information

Admins can update a user's profile details. Editable fields include:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Gender
  • Timezone
  • Username
  • Address
  • Country
  • City
  • State
  • Zip / Postal Code

Settings

Within the user settings tab, admins can:

  • Assign or change user roles
  • Enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication
  • Mark the user's email as verified
  • Change the user's password via a modal form:
    • New Password
    • Confirm New Password

Subscription

Admins can view and manage a user's subscription:

  • View current subscription plan and status
  • Cancel the subscription if active
  • Change the user's subscription plan (if eligible)

Referrals

Track and manage the user's referral data:

  • Referral Code
  • Referral Clicks
  • Total Referrals
  • Pending Payouts
  • Paid Payouts

Notes

A collaborative section for admins to leave notes about the user. All notes are shared among admins to provide visibility on previous actions, support conversations, or account-related history.

Activity

A timeline showing actions the user has taken, such as:

  • Registration
  • Subscriptions
  • Profile updates
  • Referrals

This helps admins understand user behavior and activity history.

Delete User

Admins can delete a user by:

  1. Navigating to Admin → Users → All Users
  2. Locating the user in the table
  3. Clicking on the Delete icon in the actions column
  4. Confirming the deletion in the confirmation dialog

Once confirmed, the user account and related data will be permanently removed.

This interface gives admins full control over user lifecycle, subscriptions, and administrative insight.
